With its third reopening, the old taste is back about 90 % of the time—though chicken dishes can still miss the mark or get drowned in furikake. Biggest downside now is portions: they’re about one-third the size they used to be. I’d rather pay a bit more and get the classic, hefty plate lunches that made this spot famous. ”

“ Everything in the picture cost 3.20 (taxes included). As a first-time customer, I got 10 off. This was unbelievable when the cashier rang me up. He also said that once I download their app, I will get another 10 off. It's not only the price and steep discounts, the portion sizes are huge as well. The most popular is their 2 scoops of rice, side of mac salad, and any meat of your choice. The macaroni salad is the jewel in their crown. I can eat it all day. They have amazing deserts and guava canned drinks on sale. I'm about to download the app. Food was very tasty. The staff and their generosity blew me away. ”
“ The food was good, the staff was friendly. I had mix plate with furikake chicken and kalua pig and cabbage, the chicken was delicious nice sweet glaze with a good crunch. The pig was tender and flavorful. My only “gripe” if you will is was the Mac salad was a little bland BUT that’s just me. No one’s Mac lives up to my mom’s. That being said it was one of the better ones I’ve had in Vegas. I’ll be back. Plus the island throw backs playing on the radio? Shootz say less. This place is my new spot for a taste of home. ”

Everything was UNBELIEVABLE! Sooo much flavor! It’s kinda far from Boulevard but it’s worth it. The portions are big enough but we shared everything. ”
